Peanut Butter Oats Bars

Sometimes you really just need a snack that has some serious staying power. Peanut butter bars are healthy and easy to grab and go!

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup rolled oats
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 cup Nutty Cinnamon Peanut Butter
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
100 gm chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, peanuts)

METHOD:

  • Blend the rolled oats, cinnamon powder and salt in a food processor
  • Heat the Nutty honey peanut butter in the microwave for 30 seconds, add the vanilla extract
  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, add the chopped nuts and mix well
  • Line a tin with parchment paper, put the mix in and lightly press to even it out
  • Refrigerate for an hour, cut into bars and enjoy
